    Amazing food! Great stop for a some NC BBQ before heading back to the NW. had the chopped plate, red slaw and hush puppies! Delicious!

    What an out of the way surprise.

    My husband found it while I was driving. When we pulled up I was a little unsure, but the server was so friendly and took our order right away. I got the pulled pork sandwich and tots. My husband got the hamburger steak.

    The server kept our drinks full. The food was cooked great.  The bathroom was clean.  Great experience.

    We stopped here in our way home from the beach. Was delicious. When we got there we asked someone in the parking lot for a recommendation on what to order. She opened her to go container and showed us a yummy club sandwich/plenty enough for two. We also ordered a bbq plate for our daughter that we all ate a bit off. Was also very good. The bbq sauce is kind of a teriyaki honey /bbq blend but we liked it. We got an Oreo dessert to go and she put an extra key lime pie in the bag with a message Happy Birthday.(we had told her it was my birthday). We will make this routine to stop when traveling to/from the beach. Highly recommend

    Best barbecue ever!! The meat here is outstanding. This is the kind of place that needs to be featured on DDD!

    Very good NC bbq.  Chopped and tender.  Two sauces. Peppery vinegar and a sweet mustard based?  Both complimented the meet very.  Hot baked beans and some light hush puppies.  Red slaw was sweet and could have made a meal of it.  If you want authentic NC bbq you will not be disappointed
